They are thermostatically controlled for accurate temperature setting and are also available in machine furnished mild steel plate whereas the Waldorf Heavy Duty Gas Chargrills have powerful stainless steel burners, cast iron grates and radiants that also give maximum heat to seal in the flavours of meat. |
